Users are unable to open their workspace on the first attempt.


 


Diagnoses


 


All users must be pre-loaded before using the K2 components. If not, then the users will not resolve fast enough, taking 40 minutes or more to resolve.


 


Resolution


 


There is a script available that will resolve users in bulk for the K2 service. Please contact K2 Support to receive this script.
