In a nintex form I have a lookup field to a Library called "Meat".  The field I am looking up in the "Meat" Library is a field called "Meat Product".  It has worked great for about a month, but now the users only want to see "Meat Product" lookup values if the field called "Freshness"  (also in the "Meat" library).  reflects a value of "Fresh".  If the value is "Expired" the associated field called "Meat Product" should not be available from the lookup value.

Any suggestions ?

Would cascading dropdowns do this for you? Or filtering your drop down control by your freshness control?

I will give this a try !

Hi David

So I have a list called "Busch" which has a lookup column as such:

The Meat list looks like this:

When I create my Nintex form on Busch by default I get all the Meats in the Meat dropdown.

What I am suggesting is you edit your Meat control as follows:

now when I add an item - I only see Chicken, Lamb, Pork and Sausages
