Hello everyone,
I'm hoping what I am about to ask is possible in some way.
The scenario: there are two lists. The first list is a list of cables that are connected to two rooms.
The building and room columns are lookup fields.
Cable Name | Building1 | Room1 | Building2 | Room2 |
Short Cable | North Building | N01 | South Building | S01 |
Medium Cable | South Building | S01 | West Building | W01 |
Long Cable | East Building | E01 | North Building | N01 |
Which building comes first is arbitrary in each room. I.E.
Medium Cable | South Building | S01 | West Building | W01 |
is logically equivalent to
Medium Cable | West Building | W01 | South Building | S01 |
For the second list I want to use a nintex form that can filter a Cable Name drop-down where
it checks against two columns. If a user selects S01 in the Room drop-down, the cable name drop-down will filter to Short Cable or Medium Cable by checking to see if S01 is in Room1 or Room2.
To help explain better here is a diagram:
Currently I can filter where one column matches but I would to include matches against the second column as well.
