Symptoms
After deploying my solution from DEV to Prod, the File Attachment functionality piece does not work. Looks like the deployment broke this functionality.
Diagnoses
The is bug with Package and Deployment whereby actions in the Attachment control rule do not get deployed during deployment.
Resolution
You will need to manually re-add the actions for the RULE, for the attachment control, in the View(SmartForms) design post deployment in order to fix this.
