Trying to reterive the file attachment from the Salesforce and send it through the workflow like below
But when the event isered I am getting the error like
No more infrmation on why it failed. Can you also share if you have any examples of querying/reteriving the records from salesforce
@NilaS everything here looks like it should work. My only thought without being able to see anything else is to ensure your file ID is actually pointing to the file itself. The action may be completed but not returning any files.
