Diagnoses

You get the following errors in the K2 Host server logs:

64005 Failed to resolve DomainNamemAccountName': Failed to translate name: DomainNamemAccountName]

What is the cause of this error?
 

Resolution

Please do contact K2 support as direct modifications will have to be made to the DB to resolve the issue that exists here.
