Failed to create item. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: strFolderName

When creating a DocumentSet from within Nintex workflow we get the above error. Can anyone shed a light on why we get this. All columns are populated in the document set so its a complete mystery. THe problem is related to nintex as we can create the DS manually and from MS workflow.
