There are these errors in Host Server Log as well:

Diagnoses
All requests with PDF Converter are going into an error state. The above error message is logged in Hostserver logs.
Resolution
In addition to things you could double check on the k2 server as per this kb article: http://help.k2.com/kb001454 , ensure that correct proxy settings for K2 service account's browser is used.
