Hi Experts,

 

We are facing the issues in providing the workspace access, Below are the description of the issues.

 

We missed the super Admin account details of our production Environment, None of us are unable to see the Security tab which is required to provide the workspace access for the other users.

 

Note 1: we don’t want to clear the k2tst].tWorkspace].aActionPermission] because there are too many records where we don’t want to recreate them manually again.

Note 2: We tried by login in with Service account, But still have limited access.

This is a question for K2 support, as you will most probably need to modify the K2 database. Get in touch with K2 support, and they will provide instructions on how to proceed further. You should NEVER modify the K2 database without any instructions from K2 support.

 

Alternatively, if you have admin access over the server itself, you can try running K2 blackpearl Setup Manager again, and select the Configure option. You should eventually reach a screen which allows you to select which account to be the K2 admin, and which account to be the K2 Service Account. You should see the current account you are using as your K2 Admin.
