I am using Nintex workflow 2013 and Nintex Form 2013.
We are using the Nintex action for External Email and trying to send email to external email address.
If i enter my office exchange email address then the nintex workflow sending email and I also received.
But If i enter yen@hotmail or yen@yahoo.com like valide email address then workflow pass the action but not receiving email.
kindly provide assistance with this issue.
Perhaps it's not a Nintex issue, trying creating a simple workflow wih Sharepoint designer and make a test there sending an email.
If it happens the same, you should ask for help to your Exchange administrator trying to see the way that the email goes. There could be a policy to avoid it.
