Apparently we cannot access our K2 server from outside the firewall. I get the prompt to accept our ssl cert, then get prompted for credentials, and this error pops up:
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
I have both Basic and IWA authentications enabled. I cannot see anything apparent in the K2 logs. IIS logs show that I successfully authenticate but K2 returns that error. Same thing happens in Firefox.

I could have sworn I tested this when we first began testing this Summer. I was receiving the same error internally when forcing only IWA and finally resolved it by reinstalling to the W3SVC1 "Default" web site in IIS instead of having Sharepoint at W3SVC1.

Any ideas?
My guess is that you are running Win 2003 SP1, if so have a look @ http://kb.k2workflow.com/Articles/KB000098.aspx and follow the Disable Loop back steps in the article.

Let me know if this helped.
I did that as part of the original troubleshooting steps back when I was getting the same error internally. I just confirmed the setting is still there. This is on Win2k3sp1 and K2.net Server Version 3.5140.1.0 (Service Pack 2a). Thanks,
