Hi,

We can't find that workflow Completed instances are automatically cleaned up after 30 days, I would like to extend the task list archival duration, Is there any way i can do that. 

I have checked with MS TechNet forum and experts recommended this forum, can anyone help me on this.

Could you please share more details, may be with snap shot, what you are looking for?

How is the archival done for the tasks? There is no automated way unless you have created one for your self. Are you referring to this:
