Export NintexForms using Powershell or VisualStudio

Hi, Is there a way to automate the export of forms for NintexForms2013?

I know about NWAdmin, but I did not find any information about forms

The best example of this I can find is through Publish a Form Using the Nintex Forms On Prem 2013 Web Service. in the comments you can find the powershell example. There isn't one provided from Nintex, but these community users built one.
