HI all,

I have several instances with different users, few days ago I found there was a problem with start rule in those instances, so i downloaded some K2 tool and updated all the instances, then I restarted the activities by using GoTo from K2 service manager.

but some of the instances  were having 2 activities A & B in parallel, activity A status is Active or Waiting depending on the old start rule, and B is always waiting. For those instances I cannot use GoTo to restart the activities.

what can I do or what I have to do to use GoTo on those instances?
