No, that is not possible. The chart layout in ViewFlow will show all of the activities in the WorkFlow. If you wanted to remove an activity from the ViewFlow chart you would have to remove it from the WorkFlow and that isn't the path we want to take. What we can do instead is access the activities individually from the classic ViewFlow, this will get us the information on the activities we want but it will not be in a chart format.

To use the classic ViewFlow all we have to do is:

1)Open K2 WorkSpace
2) Click the home button in the top right on the tool bar
3) Click process overview in the reports window on the left side of the screen
4) Select our workflow
5) Select which ProcessFolio we want to open the activity instances.

This is the same information used to construct the ViewFlow charts.
