Exchange mailbox enabling/disabling
Diagnoses
The suer has an employee on-boarding/off-boarding solution which is supposed to enable or disable mailbox for AD users but the activity is failing with an error "SmartObject bExchangeManagement] could not be found."
The user referenced the following online article (http://help.k2.com/kb001256) about this and tried to register it as a smart object manually but it requires a "Mailbox Database Identity (Text)" and was unsure of how to handle this.
Resolution
Please review the following KB with regards to setting up the Exchange Integration . The account you use as the FROM address will need an active MailBox and the indicated Permissions as per the article
