Symptoms


EWS string not being autodiscovered from the Blackpearl Setup Manager.
 

Diagnoses


Incorrect username formatting in the Connection String Editor and wrong email address being used for Autodiscover.
 

Resolution

After testing the actual workflow, we found that the workflow itself threw an error when run, stating that the login was incorrect.

After insuring that the configuration file was correct, we went into the Connection String Editor and realized that the username, formatted as k2service@domain.com, should have been formatted without the domain, as k2service. This fixed workflow error, allowing us to send emails. From there, we discovered that the email address being used in the Setup Manager was incorrect. After fixing this, we were able to autodiscover the EWS url, fixing the problem.
