Hello all


In my workflow I am using the Exchange event wizard to send appointments to the user. The appointments are being created in Outlook in GMT time zone. Is there any way I can change the time zone settings in the Exchange Event wizard?


In the working hours configuration, I have created a custom time zone called ad US Central which is set to GTM-6. I knkow this working hours is used only for escalation but still went ahead and added all users to this zone. I also added Exchange Wizard impersonation user too.


Still the appointments created by Exchange integration wizard are in GMT time zone and not in US Central zone.


K2 server is in US Central zone. Exchange is in US Central zone.


Is there a setting that I am missing?

K2 support confirmed that this is an issue in the current build and the next release (kb1350) will have a fix for it and will take into consideration the working hours for Exchange events.
