Symptoms

Adding a form to a package logs the following error: "Error","General","0","ErrorMessage","SourceCode.Runtime.Services.Forms","0 EventingMappingFactory.Generate: Unable to retrieve View Guid"
 

Diagnoses

The issue is coming from an Action worklist item - action that makes use of a Data Label control on the Serial number field for the action.
 

Resolution

Use the Text property of the data label control and pass it as the Serial number instead of the actual control.
