Event Escalation Error.
Error generated when the escalation is fired > SmartObject property ID is a required property for selected method GetDocumentById. Value must be set.

It is setup to send an email with a body and no attachment.
 

Diagnoses

Reviewing how the event escalation is configured, we noticed that there is an incorrect filed being referenced in the subject line of the escalation email. The field being referenced requires that input property referenced in the error.

 

Resolution

Remove and re-add the correct field into the subject line resolved the issue
