Symptoms

A client had a Evaluation License extension request for Black Pearl and Forms.
The Black Pearl License was loaded fine and all seems to be working as expected

The Smart Forms License was loaded with Configuration Wizard, and after IIS reset, the Forms can be accessed.


 

Diagnoses

Yet we cannot access the designer.

The error says:
Server Error
The server is not licensed.

 

Resolution

The SmartForms and K2 BlackPearl Licenses were requested with swapping the System Keys.
This resulted in either key, disabling the other component.
This has been resolved by requesting new keys using the correct system keys.
