Dear All,
there is some way to copy escalation from activity to other activities or make it predefined to can use it again?
cause i apply it on my process activities and it's hard to repeat much steps for each activity
 

Diagnoses

the out of the box solution is that after you make the first activity- with it's escalations- in some process, just copy it and paste it again on the same canvas then you can make the changes specific for each activity like destination rules actions and events.

i have another idea and that is to open the kprx file as xml then try to identify the section that has the escalations for one activity then move it to other sections in other activities i know it is complicated but this is another solution. kindly note that this is not supported by k2 because it includes external modification to k2 artifacts i mean doing a modification outside the proper channel which is k2 studio.
