Is it possible to add the task link into the escalations email on k2 web designer on Appit?
At the inception of a task, the task assignees/participants get a dynamic link to their task in the notification email. This dynamic link is not available in the escalations features. Can we make this dynamic link to the task available in escalations?
Is there a way to do this now?

Resolution

Logged a Feature Request to have the task link available on escalation email and linked this ticket to TFS item #705376. You can use this TFS item number in the future should you wish to query the status of this Feature Request. The Feature Request once reviewed will be fixed in the future versions of the K2 product.

Workaround: Usually there are two levels of Escalations Activity Level and Event Level. You will need to use the "Event Level" escalation to gain access to the ActInstDestID field. The serial number (SN) associated with a task item is usually built from 'ProcInstID_ActInstDestID'.

Note that this workaround only work when the destination for the user task is a single user or multiple user with One at a time option selected (on k2 web designer Appit).
