Hi everyone,

I have a business process whereby an escalation task is created when a certain business rule is broken. We've turned on the out of office for the destination user of the escalation task. Now, when the business rule is broken.. the escalation task is being created for the User who has their out of office ON, rather than the user who was set to receive the out of office notitifcation. Anyone else have this problem? What can our developers look at to troubleshoot this?
