Hi,

In Event and Activty Escalation, I want to set it to 5 WORKING Days, how do i do that?

In Working Hours, it says Zones, Use default working hours during execution... and has Use Server Default Zone selected.

There is also a Use User Default Zone and none.

I created a new Zone in Workspace, set Monday to Friday as green and saved everything.

When i go back into my workflow, where do i find this new Zone i created? Do i need to untick "Use default working hours during operation" or use context browser ro find it somewhere?
