Hi All,

 

i have process, with 3 workflowflow activities. in each Activity i used Event Escalations to send reminder notification. in my 2nd and 3rd Activites when they return the request back to requestor to update and when requestor updates  the request and re-submits it. workflow is sending Reminder notification and task assigned email both emails. 

 

in the Event escalations rules i used (ProcessStartdate + 3 days) to send reminder email.

Hi Murthy, I see this has gone unanswered. Do you still have this issue. If you do could you please reply with a better outline of your workflow and how you have it configured...as well a more concise explanation of the problem if possible and I will see if I can suggest something.
