Symptoms

I removed all running instances from my development server. But looking at the Error Profiles, there are still errors listed. How do I clean this up?

Diagnoses

It appears as though some old error instances had become orphaned an so were unable to be removed.

Resolution

By retrying all of the errors that were appearing within the error profiles, we were able to recreate the instances that they were running. By deleting these instances, we were able to remove all of the error profiles and clean up your queue.

Reviving this old thread since I say another post from 2015 that has the same type of solution.

I'm experiencing this same issue.  Instances were removed (Although I'm guessing the check box wasn't selected for "Remove log entries?") and they are still showing in error profiles.

I tried this method of selecting Retry, but still no instance is recreated and lastly the entry in error profiles remains.

There has to be another way to clear these out.  Anyone else have a solution?

Many thanks!
