Errors installing K2 Blackpearl
 

Diagnoses


When trying to install K2 Blackpearl on a user's local machine running Windows 10 and I am unable to complete the configuration analysis as the K2 service is unable to start.

 

Resolution

You will need to be on the correct version of K2. At the moment you are trying to install (4.6.10) which is not supported for Windows 10. Only 4.6.11 and 4.7 are supported by K2.
