Symptoms
Error on Configuration Analysis:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. This could be due to an incomplete configuration or could not connect to the database to retrieve the configuration data.
Diagnoses
The error appears when Exchange Integration is enabled during setup. If SMTP is chosen, configuration analysis is able to proceed
Resolution
A coldfix for 4.6.10 was provided
