Symptoms

9:1: SourceCodeLog.LogMsg: 15:02:15:>> Logged Error: K2 for SharePoint Setup Manager error: Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.Security.Claims.Management.Runtime, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
 

Diagnoses

This error occurs when components are not installed in the correct order, or port 6332 is not opened on the firewall. Or K2 for SharePoint Application Deployment.exe was not moved from K2 for Sharepoint installation folder to Sharepoint Central Administration server (or farm)
 

Resolution

Install the components on the K2 server.

K2 smartforms Control Pack

THEN:
Ensure that port 6332 has been opened on your firewall prior to deploying the K2 for SharePoint App to the App Catalog. The purpose of this is the SharePoint App Registration requires a certificate to register a SPTrustedSecurityTokenIssuer for the App. The service that executes this process requires port 6332 to be opened to be successful.

NEXT:
After the components are installed on your K2 server, you want to COPY the "K2 for SharePoint Application Deployment.exe" file from the K2 for SharePoint installation folder to the SharePoint Central Administration server (or in a Farm / NLB setup, copy to one of the SharePoint servers).
Then run the self-extracting file.
