Symptoms


A Smart Form on button click is fetching information from a SmartObject. While developing the form I am able to test and view the results. But, when I have shared the link to someone else in the same domain/myself checked with a different user name, there are issues.
 

Diagnoses


There were not SSO credentials associated with the SmartObject.
 

Resolution

In a meeting with the customer, we were able to add SSO credentials for the SmartObject, and this resolved the error. Instead of assigning the same SSO credentials to every user, I asked that they try setting the Service Instance to use Static credentials, which appears to have worked. The customer upgraded to 4.6.9, but has not responded if the issue resurfaced after the upgrade.
