If you are using a Smartforms event wizard within this process what you can try is go into K2 Designer and check out each view/form used in your workflow and then run through the Smartforms Event Wizards in your process. Once you do this try redeploying the process.
If you have any further difficulties you could log a ticket to K2 Support.
