Hi, 

 

has anyone encountered the following problem?

I want to view the flow diagram of a running process.

When I go to the page (viewflow.aspx, I immediatly an error message saying :

 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object 

SourceCode.Viewflow.SLViewer.ViewContainer._webService_GetLayoutXMLCompleted(Object sender, GetLayoutXMLCompletedEventArgs e)
at SourceCode.Viewflow.SLViewer.VFService.WSViewFlowSoapClient.OnGetLayoutXMLCompleted(Object state)

 

The problem only occurs with 1 workflow, for all other workflows, I can view the flow!

I have no idea where to start looking for a solution, or more information about the error, anyone any ideas?

I would suggest that you restart your k2 blackpearl service from services, then see if that fix the error.

You can also try opening the workflow and run through all the events wizards to confirm if everything is in place.


 


After this you can try to deploy it again. And test.


 


Have you recently upgraded, make changes to the environment or any type of changes as this could a case of something that cannot find or reference a value.
