I works with the latest version of the workspace.

I will replace this file with it.

I am not sure why you're getting this error, you can open a support ticket to investigate in this further or you can do the following:

Download an older version of the process then open it and deploy it, re-open the latest version then deploy.

if this doesn't work you will have to modify the old version of the process wiht the latest changes you've done, if you change have many changes to do, I suggest to open support ticket.
