We're getting this error message when deploying in Production server. Please help.

Error Message:
SmartObject Server Exception: Could not publish SmartObject Definition to server: Error refreshing Service Instance ‘WorkflowReportingService’. Service returned : ‘Workflow Reporting SO Service: Communication with the underlying transaction manager has failed.
 

Resolution

This error could occur if you had not configured the MSDTC correctly on K2 and SQL servers or there is a firewall/network related issue blocking MSDTC communication between the K2 and SQL server.
