Has anybody experienced the following error when adding a destination rule?
"The designer transaction 'Run Wizard.' cannot be committed or canceled because nested transaction 'Outcomes' is still active. Commit or cancel the nested transaction first."
After this error Visual Studios locks up and has to be restarted.
