Symptoms
While trying to update the "Account Management Service Instance" in SO-tester there is an error message stating:
"Validation Error - Root Element is missing".
The same error has occurred in several environments and several versions of configuration have been tried with no success.
Diagnoses
This is a known bug.
Resolution
The workaround is to use the workspace service instance to change/update the service instance.
