In my MOSS site I've created a simple workflow using the webdesigner which works correctly.  However, when I try to Deactivate that workflow using the workflow integration managment link for that site it gives the following error:

 Error
Use this page to view the detail of the error.
Thread was being aborted.

There are no errors in the event log or SharePoint log.  In the IIS logs it simply reports the error message displayed about the thread being aborted.

Any ideas where to look next.

Hi,

I was wondering if you managed to solve this issue,  since I am encountering the same problem when I try and deactivate a workflow.

Thanks,

Vanessa
