Error: SmartObject Unknown could not be found
 

Diagnoses

Stopped K2 Blackpearl

Upgraded resourced on the LDAP Servers.

Restarted LDAP Servers

THe MSSQL had changed and K2 could not connect causing Error with K2 Blackpearl on Starting.
Tried to STOP and RESTART, but could not connect to DB.

After corrected get the error.

When restarted the error started coming up in My Tasks.

ERROR "SmartObject Unknown could not be found"

Page is on SharePoint and pull the output page to iFrame.
 

Resolution

Database SSO change caused this. This is error message they got with SSO issue because of failover of SQL server.
