Symptoms

When trying to remove user from Workflow Server -> Server Right, their is an error message saying 'Index was outside the bounds of the array'.
 

Diagnoses

The user account didn’t seem to have the proper admin permissions (Admin, Export and Impersonate), the permissions were set to false and the K2ADFS label was also missing for the account.


 

Resolution

The issue was related to the user with a non-security label from the Server.ServerUser table. Issue was resolved after deleting the problem user from the Server.ServerUser table. K2 blackpearl server service must be stopped first.
