Hello,


We recently installed K2 Blackpoint and have begun working on workflows.  After creating a workflow in studio and successfully deploying it, I tried to launch the workflow manually but am getting the following error:



There has been a problem retrieving the K2 process data. Please ensure that the account has rights to the K2 Workflow Item and that you are connecting to the K2 server.


Anyone know where we should begin looking to address this? I've checked that the account initiating the workflow has rights to start this workflow.

Did you activate the K2 features on the Sharepoint site you use?

Is the MOSS application pool identity set to be “Network Service”? If so please change this, the app pool needs to use a domain account due to the fact that it needs to connect to the K2 Server. If the account is a domain account ensure the account has Admin and Impersonate rights in K2 Management > Administration > Server rights.
