I get this error message in error description of K2 workspace. Any idea why?

Is this error occuring on an event?  If so, which event?  Perhaps attach a screenshot of the Viewflow for a process instance if possible.


 


This usually indicated perhaps an authentication issue.  Is there multiple domains in play?  Does this error surface any where else?


There are no multiple domains in play. 

 

I have error in:

- Configurytion Analysis: look at screenshot 

- Workspace: look at screenshot

 

The problem ocurred in the SmartObject event.

Was K2 recently upgraded to 4.6.9 and then started failing with this error?  Or was it previously working and then one day failed?


 


If recently upgraded, perhaps delegation needs to be set for the K2 Windows Token Service as per:

If it was working a recently failed, is this environment configured for Kerberos?  If so, perhaps enable Kerberos logging as per Microsoft KB:

And retest to see if there is any relevant Kerberos error.

I have dissolve this error: I have made a new process, deployed and run it. After was this error no more in K2 workspace.
