I would like to seek help from anyone about my problem on my form. I tried to integrate a create smartobject in my form and used its query fields and tried to add a rule on the submit options to query data connection. Upon submission on the 2nd view(comments view) there is an error occured:
An error occurred accessing a data source.
Hi,
That error number does not correspond to a K2 error number, so I assume it is a Windows Event Log Error number.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with those numbers and when K2 will use which EventLog numbers.
Can you copy the entire event log message and paste it here?
Maybe we can assist if we have all the information about the exception.
