Symptoms


Error on one of the K2 Production Nodes when user clicks on the K2 for SharePoint icon on a list or library from SharePoint Online

Diagnoses


One of the nodes within the environment gives the following error when the user clicks on the K2 for SharePoint link from a list or library from Office 365.
Only one node is affected and it was the first node which was installed and configured when moving recently to our new infrastructure.

The error is stated below:

Server Error
The file '/Designer/ArtifactPage/ArtifactPage.aspx' does not exist.

Resolution

Uninstalling and reinstalling K2 Blackpearl is a viable option here. If this is done please do bare in mind if you had any coldfixes on the server before uninstalling, this would be have to be reapplied.

After this you should see the missing files be placed in their respective directories.

A repair would also be a viable option, but again the cold fixes would have to be reapplied here.
