I am getting this issue in the third step (Administrative oAuth tokens) First it redirects to the windows federation site (where I login with the tenant admin)
Earlier I had deleted : a saved token in nserver name]/runtime/runtime/management+oauth+tokens. Is that the cause of it? How do I regenerate it?
Also,
when I hit,
pserver name]/identity/authorize/oauth/2
or
/server name]/identity/token/oauth/2
It throws the same error

I think you should take a look at the K2 Authentication Management Settings article as it seems to describe some information that may be useful for you in the future. You'll have to scroll down to the OAuth Management section.
