Error Msg - Worklist item not found

Hi,

Upon submitting the ASP page to update the data in Workflow, sometimes the error message "Worklist item not found" will be thrown back. But the item still flow to the next process.

What might be the cause of the error message "Worklist item not found" to be thrown back ? Is there anyway i can prevent this from happening ?
