We are getting error message when trying to run K2 Blackpearl Configuration Analysis
Parameter name: path2
StackTrace: at System.IO.Path.Combine(String path1, String path2)?
at SourceCode.WebDesigner.Authoring.Forms.GenerateProcess.Generate(String LocalHostConnection, String UserName, Int32 ProcessID, String InputData, String ProcessXML, String SqlConnectionString, String HostServerConnectionString)
 

Diagnoses

The K2 environment had multiple K2 versions (i.e. Blackpearl version 4.6.11, 4.6.6, and 4.6.9). This was a known issue when the installer allowed you to install older version of Blackpearl and Smartforms on top of newer version.
 

Resolution

1. Uninstall all K2 versions from the server.
2. Confirm the current K2 production version via iProductVersion] in Hostserver.Configuration table,
3. Re-install the K2 version that is listed in iProductVersion] of Configuration table.
