Diagnoses

I've made a sharepoint list with some Forms and a workflow, this is working fine. But now I want to make a package so I can deploy it in an other environment. After selecting Create Package I choice Referenced Items and than OK. I get the Discovering Dependencies window and after a while I get the errors below:

'Approve Request' Activity is referencing the 'Changed Rule' Unknown that could not be found.
'Approve Request' Activity is referencing the 'Missing ID' Unknown that could not be found.
 

Resolution

Edit the workflow then edit any user task step and go through the wizard then deploy the process.
After that try to take a package.
