Symptoms
Every few minutes there are a 3 event-log entries generated like this "24148 The User Manager 127.0.0.1 returned an empty queue"
Diagnoses
I understand this is related to AD Groups that have no users.
I have attempted to clean up some of these
If this is indeed related to AD groups - how can I identify which groups are the ones causing the errors?
If not AD - then what?
Resolution
Feature request logged to show the exact role/group giving the error.
As per the communication via mail thread regarding this issue.
The issue seems to be resolved after removing all the entries in the Server.DestQueue table that were not valid. IE all old Role entries and entries that do not contain valid users.
You also discovered some entries there that were not correctly synched. IE misspelled in the identity table compared to the destqueue table.
After cleaning up the entries the 127.0.0.1 messages have disappeared.
