Recently it appeared a error in the process 'Smart form Integration' of the K2 Studio in the modification of a workflow. I don't remember that before had happened.
It is normal ?

Resolution

Hi Sara,

ISSUE:
Error editing the SmartForms Integration: "An exception occurred. Exception:An item with the same key has already been added".

RESOLUTION:

You need to untick the checkbox "Create an Item Reference"?


About your question:
About the reason why we need to use "SmartForms Integration", they taught us that was this process him used for start a wf. Does other form exist of doing?

After double check with other colleagues, it's not a bad practice to use this "SmartForms Integration". You can let it like this.
For information, the other way to do this, is to modify the rules in the smartForms itself: like a rule with action "Start a Workflow"
